immi's diary

See the world through Immi's eyes, the things she sees and the things she learns. Her mother trusts only milk packed in Tetra Pak cartons, and little Immi knows well that it is Safe for Sure.

Ramesh Uncle and Tea

5 December 2017

Dear Diary

Today morning Papas cousin Ramesh uncle wanted to make tea. He asked me where milk was so I gave him Tetra Pak carton. He thinks they have prezurvativs. So he didn't make tea. So mean! I wrote a poem about how safe Tetra Pak cartons are.

Immi Immi
Yes Mumma
Drinking milk?
Yes Mumma
Is it safe?
Yes Mumma
Are you sure?
Mumma! It's safe for sure!

Everyone liked it and in the morning Ramesh uncle made tea and chocolate milkshake. Not so mean anymore.

Immi's Winter Blues

5 January 2018

Dear Diary

We went to winter carnival today. Mumma made me wear 6 sweaters and made me fat. I said to Mumma why she made me fat. She said six layers protect better. I asked why and Mumma said even Tetra Pak boxes have six layers. That is why the milk is so fresh.

Winter carnival was good. Pogo and I had fun. I ate cotton candy and Pogo got a new toy. We saw a big christmas tree. And the cake was wow!

Bye

Immi Saves the World

5 February 2018

Dear Diary

Yesterday the garbej collector aunty asked if there was any garbej in the house. Mumma and I gave her all the garbej and then she put our garbej in two bags. I said why she was doing that and she said Tetra Pak boxes go in one bag and rest garbej goes in the other.

I asked why she had a bag for special garbej

and she said Tetra Pak boxes are resayclable and she helps resycle old Tetra Pak boxes. These boxes make many things like tables and roofs. That is like magic! We gave aunty all our old boxes. The garbej colector aunty was nice because she helps save the world by resaycling.

This morning I took 5 more Tetra Pak boxes to school and told miss that I also want my own table and chair. She did not know what I was saying and she asked me to sit in the front row. I'm telling Mumma to change schools.

Bye!
Immi
